Refund Policy

At Natbeck, we want you to feel confident when choosing our handcrafted bow ties. Every piece is made with care, but if you ever need to return or exchange, we’ve designed a policy that is simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Starting a Return

If you decide a return or exchange is needed, please contact our support team at support@natbeck.com
 to receive return authorization and instructions. Once confirmed, carefully pack your bow tie in its original packaging to ensure safe transit back to us.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be approved:

  • The bow tie must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
  • Bow ties showing wear, alterations, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for a refund.

3. Refunds & Processing

Once your return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation when the process is finished.

4. Item Replacement

We welcome product exchanges. There is no exchange fee, but customers must follow the same return steps. Please contact our support team to begin the exchange process.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a Natbeck mistake (wrong item shipped or a defective bow tie), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Because each bow tie is carefully, used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned. This ensures fairness and protects the integrity of our products.
